Free Flash Media Player: Flowplayer

Flowplayer is an Open Source video player for the Web. Use it to embed video streams into your web pages which you can configured and styled to fit your needs. The skin is fully customizable. All colors, background colors, gradients and dimensions can be changed. You can also use background images or even a Flash object on the background.

You can use it freely in every possible situation including commercial projects. It includes a copyright notice and attribution requirements. According to the GPL this information must be displayed even if you modify the source code of the player. The full policy can be found here.
