Dewplayer is a tiny & free Flash mp3 player with a very clean interface. This flash animation is very light and easy to use. It downloads and plays the mp3 file when the play button is pressed.

Dewplayer is under Creative Commons licence. The usage is totally free even for commercial purposes (but not reselling it).

It comes with 5 different sizes and style which mostly fit your design.

Usage

You can simply use the HTML example code, and set the mp3 argument. Use 44.1 Khz encoded mp3 files for better playing. Here’s a demo with the file test.mp3 in the same directory :

Flabell is presenting another handy resource for creating Flash-XML based survey with multiple questions.

It allows unlimited number of questions and variable number of answers passed through a xml file. Each question accepts only one answer and in order to continue to next question in the survey, it’s mandatory to choose an answer.

All the answers are saved in the xml file to be visualized later, and this process is transparent to the user.

In the XML file you can edit everything, and the XML is very intuitive.

JC Play List is an easy to use ActionScript 3.0 list component created especially for easy visual representation of multimedia lists (.xml and RSS 2.0 feeds from Picasa and Flickr).

You can use JC Play List to display any kind of lists including items that contain images, titles, descriptions, index numbers, additional information, custom backgrounds and overlays.

This Flash automate news slider (AS3 code) which uses XML for fetching the data. The main propose of this news slider is show news on the front page, with a title, an image, some descriptive text, and a link to the full article.

It loads 4 articles and changes from one article to another automatically in a lapsus of time, and the user could stop, rewind or forward whenever you want.

FameID Menu is an easily configurable and XML driven menu that allows to add navigation menus to your website in no time. It does not require any programming skills nor takes long to install and configure. It is straight-forward and can be transformed from one look to another in minutes. Flowplayer is an Open Source video player for the Web. Use it to embed video streams into your web pages which you can configured and styled to fit your needs. The skin is fully customizable. All colors, background colors, gradients and dimensions can be changed. You can also use background images or even a Flash object on the background.

You can use it freely in every possible situation including commercial projects. It includes a copyright notice and attribution requirements. According to the GPL this information must be displayed even if you modify the source code of the player. The full policy can be found here.
