Damask is a weaving style or technique that originated in the early Middle Ages near Damascus, Syria. This particular style typically produced very ornate and decorative patterns in the fabric. These types of patterns are wonderful to use in a design that needs to have a vintage or ornate look. In this post, there are over 70 damask patterns and textures that you can use in your designs. Simple Striped Background Generator

Stripemania is a simple and free web 2.0 tool to create seamless diagonal stripes for your designs. You are able to choose the size of the stripes and the spacing between those. You can even add color gradient effect for all of your stripes.

Stripemania enables you to add up to 5 colors with different gradients & define the background, orientation and stripe/spacing widths.

The generated images can be downloaded as PNG or transparent GIF files. Also, stripes generated by other users can be viewed & downloaded.

Feel free to play with it. You are allowed to use the created image for whatever you would like to.
